Review: Baba's Kitchen

On Friday 11th November, founding members of the OCC Saigon met for the first time to review Baba's Kitchen, Vietnam's favourite authentic Indian restaurant as their Facebook explains hustled in the heart of Thao Dien, District 2.  

The Chairman of the OCC Saigon was tasked with the responsibility of ordering this first, auspicious meal, and made an excellent selection of starters and curries for members to review. A few extras were also thrown in by the restaurant at no extra cost which won the hearts of a number of members at this prestigious and historical event. 

Scores point to a high level of customer care with the restaurant known for its active charity work locally. Good quality curries at reasonable prices, however several members of the review panel felt the portion sizes could be larger, hence a lower the value rating. Additionally there is a great outdoor area reflected in the high atmosphere rating, if not our terrible photography.

But we are delighted to confirm that Baba's Kitchen is recommended by our panel of curry enthusiasts/experts - look out for our sign of approval on the restaurant premises shortly.
